Gotta say after reading the translated novel version of this manga, it starts really good, the idea's funny, it works, but it runs with the gimmick of him thinking it's all a lie way too long while not staying in a humor genre and going more serious, making it really jarring when you just end wanting him to, if not take things more seriously, be more sure about his actions. He's literally fighting the end boss while thinking it's all make believe.

As much as I find this hilarious and addicting, the Harem is too BIG. It was already fairly big to begin with but then added more female characters, then more.
