As French is my mother language, I can affirm with certainty that French doesn’t have that sort of insults, as we tend not so much to react with shame as we do react with anger.

Also, I’m pretty sure she only says gibberish in the anime, but the narrator speaking over it and the distortion of her voice doesn’t make it easy to listen to.
