How do you get ~46,000 from 12 pages? It should be 12 factorial, or 479,001,600 unique ways to read it...

@DeProgrammer these 12 pages go in 6 sheets. You can't separate two sides of sheet, right? But, as author mentioned, you can insert any sheet without caring about sides' order, so that for the sheet N you can put first side A then side B for one reading, and first side B then A for another.
Basically it gives us 6! x 2^6 ways. That is 720 x 64 = 46080 combinations.
