This fucker is the most righteous character in this story completely because he's less fucked up than literally everyone else in the story and I love it. It's like Warhammer logic of "no matter how bad or despicable you are, if every other alternative is worse, you still look clean in comparison."

Holy cow, this went from 3/10 to 8/10 to 9/10 in this chapter to 10/10 by the next chapter. I'm getting some high aesthetic samurai fighting vibes from this manga now.
