@TrapCard113 I am well aware of that part of the story. No he did not leave it there because he wanted to. If this MC could turn dudes into dudetes he would so HE could be the one to rape them to death. He actually laments this fact in the light novel.

@sirflimflam It's detailed in the light novel, but he can only re-arrange things. He cannot add or subtract. He tends to use the skill to modify his stats a lot but all he can do is shuffle the numbers around. To get more numbers, he still has to level. Same thing applies to adding or removing someones junk.

His poison wasn't much. There would be plenty of poisons that don't cause any direct damage and thus regeneration is useless against them. Any nerve agents would be such.
