And what is that 1 meter range? Kind of confusing cause it would imply ranged skill.

And unless enemy is moving at light like speed, MC should be able to touch him. I mean instead of directing palms at yourself, direct them outwards and activate your power at slightest touch regardless of what you see. It would work even if you touched his leg that kicked and broke your arm, as long as he hit your palm.
