EDIT : i confirmed that it was point 2 & 3 , but if psychopathy stemmed from wrong moral compass and lack of empathy , simply indifferent to suffering and won't actively indulging in participating in it stems from anti-social behavior + shy personality that manifest rather differently . well as long as you aren't class B psychopath it's okay , jail is not so bad place after all .

What gets me are the ones that try to also have a cute blushing girl who really wants the protagonist's D while also being a depraved murderfucker.
