Kako and the False Detective - Vol. 3 Ch. 19 - A Powerful Revengeful Spirit

@raihantriwahyudi Whole conversation about connections to the police was also nod to DN. Also internet rumors. And I am sure lots more references if you specifically look for them (or just DN fan).

@raihantriwahyudi
you haven't read zettai karen children have you?

this is really too much death note reference; (chapter 122~124)

chapter 122: https://mangadex.org/chapter/134807/1
chapter 123: https://mangadex.org/chapter/134811/1
chapter 124: https://mangadex.org/chapter/134813/1

This is starting to be too much. Death Note was bad enough, but this is getting even more ridiculous than that was. It's a shame, before this arc the manga had a decent thing going.

Finally, someone points this out in Death Note.
News and preliminary investigation are often incomplete or misleading, either to protect the victim or to keep the investigation going under wrap- So the actual suspect doesn't run away or do anything reckless. Kira writing down names in news is just reckless.

Guy is just a internet troll with two vengefull spirits working for him.

Bet he will likely die.

@Archomp, he also had insider knowledge thanks to hacking his dad's account into the police station. How they didn't notice the hack or traces of it, that's another question.

Everytime you think this arc cannot be more like Death Note, it becomes even more like Death Note. Really it seems more like DN fanfiction than a homage or a reference.

Well, while this arc is really, really not original to say it lightly, I gonna say its not too bad. Feels like 'lets see how much we can rips Death Note idea without get sued'.

People talking about DN-rip off of this arc, while I'm just here waiting for Ghost battle next chapter.

Death Note rip-off aside, that last page is practically a trace of Attack on Titan
