It was canceled yes but I unearthed some raws online and translated them. I’ll also rename it to chapter 00. I didn’t realise it was a prologue rather then a chapter.

I think this is not the same story aa kaleido star mains story. Yume doesn't have same hair color as sora because they're step sister and in anime yume hairs is brown

RainRin Yume isn’t even a step sister they are cousins and it’s an offical manga that’s out of print. So yes it’s a continuation of the anime story.
