It's not bad. But very Cliche- at least well executed. I could name a lot of shoujos with the same characters. But this was done right.

I was kinda hoping for Male MC though.


The only thing I hate is that

It's pretty stupid and selfish of him to do that. No justification at all.

i do agree with you that this is a sign of a good author <i have read Happy Sugar Life, but never had the courage to see the anime, because i`m scared >

this manga, Kami-Yome is a complete turnaround from Kagisora Tomiyaki~sensei other work,
but both are enjoyable

and also, thank you for stating that, we will be able to read the continuation of this wonderful story in October <i shall wait for that>
