And I agree with freya, 50-5000 gems are far too little if you want to compensate users (at least give something worth something and that doesnt smell of marketing-trick to get ppl used to being a whale in the game). Although imo postponing a deadline by a day or a week is hardly worth compensating users for, unscheduled downtime is worse than a rocky launch really (the latter is to be expected, the former hurts ppl more as ppl already started, so it can harm retention).
