Before i know that J-Novel has the official English version, i had been reading fan-translation novel of this manga.
The translator mentioned that the author decided to revised his work, so that how i know about it.

Although using the slimes for cleaning clothes as a business is kind of an interesting idea, it wouldn't really be that lucrative. Once everyone has cleaned all their old clothes, it would only be needed for maintenance and people with a lot of disposable income. It doesn't seem like this story's setting has that kind of wealth among commoners.

And basically all the adventurers. Remember they are basically fighting blood bags. Blood in that quantity is really annoying to get off completely without putting in a whole lot of work. Which takes time away from their normal job.

And they probably more likely yo have s ton of disapoable income.

@4stjack It's lucrative because good cleaning for basically an entire city isn't easy and he can clean any kind of cloth that gets dirty. Just the adventurers alone who commonly need to go buy a whole other outfit after killing things like goblins would be decent profit. He also implements a bigger bag for a big copper coin that's meant for basically a group discount. Meanwhile its a small enough amount of money that most people can afford it and needs a minimum amount of employees to be paid. Add in making franchises in other large cities like this one and he can make a good amount of cash to fall back on considering he is pretty much self sufficient on his own, he lived in a forest alone for over a year starting from functionally nothing. Really the bigger problem for him once his employee's are paid is just what to do with the money he accrues from adventure work and businesses he runs.
