Well this is just ridiculously implausible. Where I'm from you can't walk into even an elementary school without security screening and showing/swiping your pass card and the security guard checking whether photo on it matches with your face.
I mean, it's the second decade of third millennia, didn't 9/11 or those school incidents teach you anything about basic security?
