I can see why she collapses when exerting. Exercising requires a ton of oxygen to be carried all over the body. So your heart fails to accomplish that which basically shuts down your system.

I love that panel about her "special someone." They could have made him look any way they wanted there. His best, his average, blown out of proportion with that shoujo vision sort of joke. But nah, dude. They made him look like a goddamn idiot while she's fawning over him. Perfection.

After reading this again... fuck, what a lame attempt at a pitybait of a backstory. It was never about being legit in love, but bc she wants to satisfy her selfish desire of dokidokis like an addicted adrenaline junkie. It might be cute for anybody who entered in the series too early, but for those who are too deep into it, her reasons to fall in love one are just too... outlandish and idiotic at best.

No different in substance from other love rivals' backstories in other shonen and seinen romance manga i've read.
