Mc is a described as being a looser even in the manga description to appeal to 90% of manga readers and he does not have any goals and does not need to work hard for what he wants because everything comes to him "naturally" (three cute girls that like him for no reason whatsoever ). More than any Chizuru has more reason to hate this loser since because of his cowardice and lying impulse he cannot confess the truth to his grandma and thus drags along Chizuru in his selfish act making her lie to her family and friends , and break her work etiquette .

First he would need to be relatable. Which he absolutely isnt.
Also isn't just him who dragged this, whenever he had the balls to go and end it we got: his angry jealous friend punching him for breaking up with Mizuhara, then Mizuhara encouraging him to keep the lie, and more. Thing is whenever he has control someone else takes it away. It's annoying and I hope it gets solved.

Man, I wish they develop Chizuru as much as the other girls.
It's like all this time, all we see is MC's embellished view of Chizuru or just a wall of professionalism.
I think the last time we see anything resembling a personality from Chizuru was on her second date with MC when she kinda snaps to MC.
Can't really fault the MC for seeing her as the perfect embodiment of human being when all he (and we) has seen so far is her being the perfect embodiment of human being.
