The first chapter was kinda whatever, this chapter was pure gold. Pretty clever writing, skipping a lot of drama nonsense and going straight to how normal people would try to deal with the situation. Hell that fucking cell phone use is something you don't see in other manga. It's like characters forget they're living in the modern world.

Also in a way this is similar to the Duke of Death and His Black Maid. Minus the ecchi part.
But to the same effect of 'can't touch the person I like'
