Kinda? As far as I know this series doesn't really have any connections between chapters, aside from everyone being mildly insane. But they're pretty similar in style, just focusing on different characters.

There are more though if that's what you're asking, number 4 just came out at Comiket.

Does anyone have a clue how and when Naka and Jintuu became Abyssals? It has been some time since I watched the anime, but I am pretty sure this never happened.
Or did this happened in the two untranslate chapters and is not canon?

The thing about Kancolle is that everyone's got their own version canon, even most of the official works. Those two in the game (Light Cruiser Princess and Light Cruiser Demon) are commonly thought of as Jintsuu and Naka's abyssal counterparts. So in Bacius' canon, they got sunk before this takes place.
