well at @darekpawlo it says teloport to places that are recorded in the vessels memories or places he can see around him with a skill (sense enviroment) and since the vessel is young he problemly hasn't been around the world

He could also just rapid-fire Sense Environment and Teleportation, though. Map area, travel to furthest point, repeat. So far, we have no info suggesting he can't just map the entire world in a minute.
