@nep I grew up in a place with little variation between seasons and have lived in a few different climates since then. In my experience, climate is really a “the grass is always greener” thing. You may not have the (admittedly pleasurable) experience of cracking ice beneath your feet, but on the other hand you won’t ever have to dig your car out of frozen snow, or deal with inhuman monsters who don’t salt the sidewalk in front of their house. That being said, a nice autumn is the best.
@BilliusX I know that having seasons can be a pain especially during summer and winter. But I always felt that pain is worth the experience of having snow, watching orange leaves, etc.
Summer
This place here is just hot + mosquitos all year round. Which is like summer all year round except maybe less hot. So we just bunker ourselves indoors like NEETS while carrying electric rackets like badminton players throughout the year.
in short, having seasons is like having an experience. Everybody should probably experience seasons (including the pain) once in their life for.. a year or two i guess.
