@Msaid08 There was a chapter, I forgot which chapter, that was about these stairs. Something about the number of letters in "I Love You" or something. I don't really remember but its got some romantic significance that the MC doesn't see.

I don't really remember the chapter, but that's basically why she's jealous. The other guy knows what it means and he's probably thinking for his girlfriend. She kinda tricked him into doing...something? If I remember correctly. Some rumor about doing whatever it was would turn them into a couple or something?...I don't fucking know. The gist of it is that the other boy lied. He didn't count it on a whim.

It's been a long time since Yamamoto-sensei make an original omake. Last time round was happened at Volume 6 where we learn about Hojo-san post "Eyedrop" chapter.
