it's funny how vilma tells eleonore that she's crazy about narumi, she tells she don't understand and don't care about love or such in the moment, 1 sec later she spots a guy who look like narumi and INSTANTLY enters in crazy mode.

Is more like she doesnt understand her own feelings due to them being "sealed" for so long. As she mentions her social skills are the bare minimum.

She understand that Narumi is/was important to her but she doesnt know how to act on those feelings. On that sense she might be almost 100 years old but shes just an inocent child that doesnt know what to do on her first love

Nice, a character yet to be introduced in the anime. Well, barely the first one, others including most characters from the Karakuri arcs up until the Zonapha hospital, several nakamachis, Lucille’s friend in the midnight circus etc. etc., and I’m sure more are to come. Still, new characters are a very good sign that things are getting fleshed out, with ”new” content, compared to the very barebones anime.
