@SuperOniichan I’d say it’s more like Karate in most over the top martial arts mange/anime out there like baki or kengan

The techniques are real and the philosophy is there but don’t expect to punch through 3 inch of steel or stop bullets with your muscles in real life. And pretty sure even if he did not accept a cheat the goddess still gave him something because he got killed by truck-kun but somehow is able to do things that should have made him survive the impact of truck-kun which is ether a plot hole or well the goddess sneak in something without him knowing.
