Technically the manga (at least what's scanlated thus far) hinted at it, with that one chapter where it was obvious she wasn't wearing a bra when she was with Keiki.

(Although that could be viewed as her having a brother complex, which I'm guessing was likely the author's intent at that point in the narrative.)
