I swear, some mangaka can't even hide their villains for 1/2 a frame. Not every villain has to be cartoonish. Pretty hilarious though.

I have been around quite a few 'bad' and actually bad people, fun thing is, unless they are VERY high up, shitty people typically don't hide at all. this is either a false flag villain, or someone who is a stepping stone.
