Kekkon shite mo Koi shiteru - Vol. 3 Ch. 19 - Ordinary Days.

It's been a while since I read this, and it seems like the guy is still not really appreciated by his wife.

It’s like I’m reading one of those cute little segments from Nichijou. And somehow hearing the same tiny calming piano music...

@Ohgodpleaseno
It feels like it's being written from the lens of the wife. Like the last chapter concentrates on the wife's worries and seems to gloss over the burden on the husband for it.

He's such a good father and husband. I want to marry someone like him but also wanna be like him, you know what I mean?

I wish the wife and daughter of the house aren't such tsundere though. Sometimes, it's cute but sometimes, I wish they'd express their appreciation more.

I do find it extremely weird how throughout the series, the wife seems to... not want to kiss or be close like that at all??? Even tho she squees about the romantic flick???? Is this just how it be in Japan?? Poor husbands... But I don't think he's unappreciated at all. I think the part where she notices he's having it rough, so she lets him take it easy the next morning speaks volumes.

Japanese police always seem to be portrayed as nosy and presumptuous. And man, this dude never gets the respect he deserves, jokes or not, he just seems to be treated like shit.
