I think the implication is that Kon and Kabane will be a couple eventually given that they parallel each other. (Yes men who were raised by abusive/neglectful people who both follow orders to a fault, which could have an interesting dynamic going on) Especially as they're both ignorant of the world at large and how it works due to both their youth and their inexperience. I really like the way this is developing.

Couldn't agree more. The characters are really well-developed, likable and understandable. The occasional plot issue aside, the story is really well-paced and the art and designs are fascinating. Love the direction of it. @Monky
