He was. Boy M is Meguro in Kengan Ashura. This is Hayami who is 'supposedly' Meguro's younger brother but Jurota thinks they're the same person, which for all we know so far could be true since Hayami just came out of nowhere and is representing Hayami Katsumasa, CEO of Toyo Electric Power Co, same as Meguro did.
