Kenja no Mago - Vol. 15 Ch. 52

Is it me or did the Translation got slightly worse?

It's still good enough to read. So this is not really a complaint. But the words don't flow well I feel. It looks like a machine translation with minor edits.

@trickshot121 Schtrom and Mary Sue look down at their newborn child.
Mary Sue: "What should we call him?"
Schtrom: "His name is..."
Baby: "Anos Voldigoad"

The translation this chapter was really bad. Think I'm gonna drop the manga. Not just due to the bad translation but the manga has turned into something very mundane. The bad translation just highlighted it I suppose.

Although Shin and co are 'responsible' for letting some demons escape it's not like it's their fault entirely, idiot general guy charged in and started everything before they were ready, so the lecture was kinda dumb imo. They cannot reasonably expect shin to plan out literally every outcome all by himself when he isn't even trained in tactics.

They keep pushing us to sympathize with the demons and now I’m not sympathizing with literally anyone in the story at all. There’s also a problem of too many characters so no one really has any good development.

@Vman plus they make an excellent training ground for ultimate magician to grow, now the young'un learn about their own weakness and shortcoming. I wonder what the devils get in this? XD

It would be good if the flashback story before war, how "devil" struggle to obtain something with "devil" power, even lose.

Poor shin, you have another burden.
Never got proper education about common sense, tactic, politic, strategy, communication.
everyone have high expectation because you're living legend grandson.
Even in unite force, because idiot general you got another problem.

@Vman

I think the victory terms for them was not to have their HQ invaded. For the enemy forces to decide to turn back and wait, giving them time to birth some crazy world-buttfucking demon lord king overmaster using Schtrom's evil heart and the power of that chick's enormous knockers.

So in this way, they've won.

I feel bad for millia at this point, pretty sure strom sees as a birthing unit more than anything else.

I still don't understand the reasoning behind not wanting to teleport back and instead pursue the devils by flying. Even if they're not sure of their destination, it'll always be slower to pursue someone than to try to meet them from the front... And it they're worried about casualties along the way, they can simply have Shin use Gate alone (since he himself have enough firepower) and let the others continue the chase from behind. Even if they're frantic and panicked they still have enough composure to cast spells so I can't see this scene as anything other than making them stupid for the sake of showing some grandpa badass moment.

knowing the devil could conceal magical power but nothing to be done to counter it. sigh

how the hell chapter like this accepted by editor every damn time
Devil dies and flashback rinse and repeat.
Did author pushed this to artist or the artist just cant tell the story without make useless 4-5 flashback page.

If anyone forgot this is isekai story with adult mc in previous life but act like naive brat who doenst have composure at emergency situation (artist potray shin like a coward boy, talk wishy washy etc. etc)

This story needed a major streamline for manga adaptation.

These last few chapters have been partial hit and miss for a long while.

Thank you for the chapter update.

I feel bad for that devil woman, strum? only sees her as an experiment.

Pft, blaming their dumb actions on inexperience. Nah, it was way too dumb, I'm not buying this manufactured attempt to make them less of a mary sue.
