The behavior of such storage would vary across fictional universes but, in every case with which I'm familiar, things in storage seem to be kept in a state of perfect stasis. That suggests that the issue of air should be expected to be irrelevant. And we might presume that beasts had been place into storage and then extracted alive, so that the transition were not expected to be fatal. On the other hand, stasis would imply no brain activity and hence the expectation of no mental activity, so someone put into and then extracted from storage could have no experience except perhaps of the transition. That experience of transition might be interesting.

I suppose so, but in most other stories, you also cannot put "living creatures" inside your storage.
Just imagine if that kind of magic got in the wrong ends. A slave merchant would love learning it after all.

A lot of consequences could follow. Criminals could go into hiding. Armies could be smuggled into cities. Someone might go into the storage of a person who then died before extracting that someone.

But I get the impression that the author is mostly jus' tryin' to pay the bills and not worrying too much about complications.

@TetraSky @Oeconomist Given the huge amount of magic power required to use the dimentional storage (as evidenced by the 300 years-old über sage having had to try for a week straight to manage to do it), I don't think they'll have to worry about unwanted consequences anytime soon.

Did we ever had an explanation about that 9999 magic compatibility ? If not, did he will be explain at some point ? Because her parents are more warriors oriented than magic (even if they did use magic), so it's not very clear why did she have such OP abilities, she ain't an isekai protagonist.
