@Crookshanks yeah, the new guy is cool, i didn't like how the mc just went on after meeting. I think a bit unnecessary. Not like he was the real enemy who betrayed him or is plotting anything :/
agree, MC don't even try to find trusty allies, quite disappoint for this progressing since KR dungeon world often be about lone MC fight, if this one go in same way then it would be boring...
@bakauguu@woodfolk its called establishing pecking order. As it is, the guy was evaluating the mc as someone below him on heirachy. MC just beat it into his head that he is the new boss here
so that is, it would be good if MC would have more interaction with other characters, I quite bore at KR comic/novel that only tell about MC's action without any relationship
@eng1 yeah, this chapter wasn't as bad. I mostly didn't like MC's behavior when they first met. While he didn't see MC as equal, he was even more so suspicious, considering he is on the broker's side (black guy who was killed by Messiah). MC went in the room and pretty went and started offending and picking fights, indirectly threatened by saying he might not survive. Acting unnecessarily haughty, even though from his monologues he does seem to have at least some respect for that guys strength. And also his enemies is the Messiah guild.
This chapter isn't really as bad. With his powers showing the difference in strength and his overwhelming might is also possible without going and offending everyone except his few friends whom he doesn't even seem to try to contact.
