Killing Bites - Vol. 14 Ch. 66 - It's Nowhere Near Enough

Now I really want to know what animal the little girl becomes. Lots of animals could fight a tiger if they were of similar size, after all. It would be hilarious to see a ferret or weasel go up against tiger, lol. Those two creatures are nearly fearless and can kill creatures multiple times their size without issues.
Have we seen a honey badger yet? Even as small as they are, they can actually fight off full sized lions.

@riger You might want to reread the first chapter of this manga. 😉

But yes… I really wonder what kind of animal the little girl will become. But don't forget, they didn't shy away from prehistoric animals with Megatherium. For all we know, she could become a T-rex or something.

That said, can we be sure Tiger is truly dead? An off-screen death for a character like that seems disingenuous, even if it puts on the airs for our third Uzaki. I'm expecting Tiger to be shown soon in a vat of liquid, being pumped full of sabertooth DNA or something.

Tiger being dead is a shocker, but just as shocking as Cobra not being dead. Major deaths like his can't be offscreen; that would be a stupid thing to do.

Nomoto got "killed" onscreen and there he is so offscreen deaths are even more unlikely

@Riger
A wolverine is a strong possibility.
Outside of Honey Badgers and Tasmanian Devil's they're the most terrifying and tenacious mini-predators on earth today. With super dense fur and skin, ridiculous turns of speed even in knee deep snow and they've been known to kill wolves, cougars and even bears over food... So a Tiger ain't much of a big deal.

I bet the next step will be to introduce Chimera fighters. XD Brutes with more than one animal.

Press f for brute tiger
Thou I kinda doubt he dead , since we don’t have any evidence.
If anything the loli reduced him to slightly above teddy bear.

So they have qualifiers, but then for the final tournament, they're fine with just picking up nobodies in the back alleys. Sure, there can be diamonds hidden in the rough at the underground tournament, but you'd think that they'd put them in the qualifiers first.

@SpacyRicochet
Maybe a deinonychus (the actual dinosaur the JP 'velociraptors' were made from), but I doubt a T-rex. There's quite a bit of evidence that T-rex may have actually been a scavenger more than a hunter. They would also have been far too large too fight in any meaningful way other than 'smash' and 'bite'.

@spurgleburgle
well with how high the bodycount piles up during the prelims, its not unusual for them to go get more to fill in the ranks.
