It makes sense why it wouldn't work if she was talking to Ara. Ara is a girl that can do only little to save her as the conspiracy is just too big to be saved by simple adjustments, but Heara working with her past self using the information from the future will allow her to have more chances to work back to back between the two timelines.

They will destroy the conspiracy and corruption within.
