I think there’s a very high chance that Tanjiro dies, as there’s not a lot of plot armour in this show

While i don't expect tanjiro to die. There have been others who died who i didn't expect to die. Personally considering this feels very close to the end of muzan's arc tanjiro may very well die here and then muzan dies. And then the second arc starts starring nezuko, zenitsu, boar guy and the young butterfly girl
