At what point of baiting trauma and tragedy to readers does a rom-com lose its right to call itself that? I feel like we've passed the point a while back, but it's still in the synopsis... sure, there's occasionally a fluffy moment or moment of comedy, but those are outweighed by drama overwhelmingly here.
Still want to see where this goes and hope we get to fluff and comedy at some point once they've resolved the ongoing crises, but until then it feels a bit... uh, evil, to have rom-com as the primary listed genre and comedy in the tags, with how this has gone.
