@412001: Several mangas about protagonists who can feel other people's thoughts:
Kijima san to Yamada san: ML can hear other people's thoughts, especially FL whose inner voice is very loud and she's very much into him. There's a debate about whether that gives him an unfair advantage when he knows everything she thinks 24/7. It's a sweet story nonetheless.
Kuuki ga "Yomeru" Shinnyushain to Buaiso na Senpai no Hanashi: Don't get turned off by the title. It literally means Story about a new employee who can read emotion and her unsociable senior at work. The content is exactly as the title conveys.
Ice Guy and the Cool Female Colleague
: None of the characters in this manga can read or see emotion, but the manga is cute beyond words and the art is unquestionably beautiful. ML is a descendant of a snow-woman, FL is a normal, cute human being. Their co-workers include a phoenix guy (phoenix as referred to the bird), a fox girl and their boss is Buddha . I'd say that the random, superhuman cast who does normal things is the most charming thing about the manga.
