After this bombshell, a lot of their earlier scenes seem all the more depressing now. From the first chapter where he finds her in a locker, which in hindsight feels more like a coffin now, to their weird interaction about the moon in chapter 7. Going to need to do a reread to find all the hints sprinkled throughout
