@Franxx I don't know the exact timeframe here, but the weather forecast more than a week out is pure fiction. Assuming they've been preparing for weeks, the only thing checking the weather eariler would have done is make it less dramatic.
And that's assuming that it didn't come out of nowhere, like weather often does.
