Kingdom - Vol. 57 Ch. 621 - Caller

WTF Kyoukai's head is hitting the ground so violently I can hear it crack!

I don't think kyoukai is going to fully recover from this, if she even survives, but I think we're about to see shin break through to a higher level in response.

How hes tearing up Kyoukai by holding onto her foot and constantly smashing her is an issue I always had with super fights. They always smash and throw people through walls, its way more efficient to never let go and smash till dead!
I get it though, throwing people through walls looks a lot cooler action wise.
Anywho its SHIN TIME, this will fuel him without a doubt

@Clooud Check out the "final" fight between Baki and his dad "Ogre" in "Baki: Son of Ogre". The reason that they don't keep smashing (heh) is two reasons: one, you're going to quickly run down your own stamina before killing the opponent with that method; and two, if your opponent is the durable type they can just bide their time and recover their strength to hit you when you eventually show an opening between swings.

It's best to cause "burst" damage and then throw them away to disorient them, and to buy yourself time to recover your own strength.

Man....I guess that was expected....still shit to see and end so quickly :/
Did barely go a Chapter...

@Clooud @HDMH

HDMH is correct. The value of throwing someone, or smashing with them, is disorientation. If they get used to you holding onto them (in any respect) they'll figure out a punish, or a way to break your grip when you aren't expecting it, turning your advantage into their advantage. The only time 'just keep holding them' works is if you're the Hulk, basically.

Since Kyoukai was never depicted as having robust physique, only lightspeed, nothing more than a heavy plot armor would prevent her death after so many headslamming from a man with sheer brute force...

Guess the story final caught up with the cover imagine that had Shin holding Kyoukai on a battlefield crying.

She should be deader than Kyogai at this point. People have survived without their lower torso, but just one headsmash like that should be fatal.
