What the MC did was incredibly shitty. Don't get me wrong, I like the fluff in the manga but it's close enough for the MC's sister to recognise that she's obviously basing it on the neighbour.

I can't believe there are people defending this like they wouldn't feel violated if some friend of theirs started drawing recognisable porn of them based on experiences they'd shared, especially when nearly all these experiences were when you were doing them a favour. I'm surprised the neighbour isn't questioning their entire friendship at this point.
