Kinnikuman

I've got the chapters, so I guess I'll just upload them myself. I'm gonna have to go a bit slowly though, as this is gonna take a while to upload all the chapters.

If you are willing to do all the upload job, then thanks a lot for your efforts, just a quick question: did this manga got translated completely or it got abandoned?

I'm pretty sure the original run of Kinnikuman got a complete translation, but Nisei was officially licensed by Viz but is now out of print (with some volumes being especially hard to find) and scans of it are non-existent, and Chojin Tag is (as far as I know) barely translated beyond the first few volumes, and the Kinnikuman 2011 continuation has a few people doing scans (like Hercules Factory on Tumblr), but I'm not too sure if the releases are translated completely to the current releases.

Hercules Factory also is in the middle of redoing the Throne Arc. They're up to Volume 56 of the revival.

I'll try and do a massive upload bomb this weekend and try to get to at least volume 10, but preferably around volume 15-ish.

Sorry for the lack of uploads. I've been really busy lately and haven't been able to upload any chapters. I'll try to upload a volume or two tomorrow.

I'm picking up where DingusAmongUs left off. Already uploaded the rest of the 21st Chojin Olympics and the entirety of the Seven Devil Chojin Arc.

It's interesting that the old scanlator was Toriyaman's world. The voice actor for Kinnikuman was Akira Kamiya; they share the same first name.

i remember watching this show when is first came up on western media. its actually a pretty good representation of tv wrestling...

Thank you so much Dingus! I've been anxious to read this series, and this is a great platform to start on.

Kinda wish I had more time to upload the chapters I promised to, but at least what I tried gathered more attention for this series, so that's nice.

@gormadoc I'd say more: voice actor for Kinnikuman was Akira Kamiya who also voiced Kenshiro and Saeba Ryo from City Hunter around that time
Also, speaking of "compairing to nowadays shonen", Kinnikuman is basically your MHA or One Punch Man but 40 years ago and with wrestling. Yes, first chapters are a bit confusing and weird but as soon as it gets to Chojin Olympics (especially the 2nd one) it rises to the top

>An entire arc about the jobber squad
>They actually win fights
Yudetamago has still got it, even decades later
