From what I understand, Kirara only had the power to summon them temporarily? I guess that Sae and Nori are actually there and will play a role in saving Yuno so they can go back.
Heard from someone who plays the game that each "chapter" features the cast of one series and at the end they return to their world and the characters of different series rarely ever interact except in side stories.

If it is the true, then the whole series is totally bullshit. The only reason for crossover is seeing character interacting with each other. What is a point of temporarily summon? Does that mean they are just some senseless spirits come out from no where with no original background story? Cheap writing -_-

The characters from various series also interact a lot during the game's events, however this is just a manga adaptation of the game's main story, where they focus on a single series at a time.
