Just read it today, its a nice manga that depicts Atami scenery really well.

The inn in the 3rd chapter is real, I have stayed there before, I'm really happy to be able to see a place i have visited before in a manga(from a well known author too).

If u guyz wondering about the inn check "Minshuku Shigemura". The inn front, the lobby and the onsen are just the same as i remembered it, well excluding the people who owns it(the owners are really old couple).
