Could someone explain to me bout the pheromone part for both Yeon Woo and Keith?

I thought Yeon Woo is sensitive to pheromone from all alpha and basically getting 'drunk' from it, leading to his fainting spells. However, in the recent chapter, Keith is saying he(YW) needs to control his pheromone. Is YW's pheromone affecting himself or is it affecting Keith?

As for Keith, I am confuse with why him having high pheromone level himself + insemination justify him having multiple sex partner.

Since I already read the novel, maybe this will help @Eitu

YW pheromones actually affecting Keith. Keith told YW to control his pheromones because Keith want to shame YW that trying to make Keith control his own pheromones. It's like "I'll control mine if you control yours."

But you could see (in this chapter) that Keith is disappointed because he couldn't smell YW pheromones.

As for Keith, he has a high pheromones level because he is a dominant alpha.

Also for insemination with many partner: He is a dominant alpha, so he could control his semen if they could impregnate the partner or not. Except if he was in the condition that he can't control himself (like in a worse or very bad rut). I think this already explained in the early chapters.

Is the doc referring to Keith then when he talked bout losing themselves if intake too much pheromone? (having a bad rut?)

In this manhwa I think the doctor is advising YW to not accumulate (inhaling) too much pheromones (when doing the pheromones medication with Keith) because he might lose his mind over it.

But from what I read in the novel, the doctor actually explaining about dominant alpha that accumulate their already high pheromones (by not having sex regularly) will get crazy that they even could do it (sex) with a dog.

Both of the plot matched with the previous conversation, but maybe they decided to change it in the manhwa. I don't really know
