100.2 might not be a fever, but it is hotter than the normal human body temperature, and after that giant sneeze (and his exposure to Riko), t is safe to assume he is sick.

@Samhill It is a general thing in manga that characters are able to get symptoms of a cold within one night, and the often recover within a day as well. Completely unrealistic, but you have it in most romcoms.
