Lol just end this story already its legit been 10+ years of me following this series. the title of the story is literally "Kiss x Sis" we know he's ending up with the sisters stop stretching things out.
Knew that Mikuni could never actually win, but I really enjoyed the drama, feelings, and growth that had seemingly developed between the two of them. Had actually started liking it more than what Riko and Ako had to offer.
At least she got a proper send off, even if the sudden harshness of Keita in the last seemed to come out of nowhere.

@InfiniteVerisimilitude well if the reason to break up from him is “how messy the relationship got” is completely hypocritical; I mean, he’s the one that A) lusts -kiss and touch- on his step-sisters, B) porked his teacher, C) got a bj from glasses-chan in a class, ecc...all while mantaining “an open door” with the whole female group...and now rejects her just because she has discovered another inner self being excited being with him?

@emMeBi86: Haha, you're totally right. He might as well have summarized it as: "I don't want to be with you because my influence is making you too horny." What guy in his right mind would do something like that, lol. But wait, did he actually have sex with sensei? I don't recall that exactly happening. This whole chapter felt like the author monologuing exposition for why Keita is the way he is lately to us his readers. Personally, I'm happy for Mikuni; now, she can find someone who isn't a shallow douchebag. I really hope though that she doesn't continue to linger around, like sensei, having not actually moved on, despite saying so.
I have to say, that at this point, the author should wrap things up. I can only guess that Keita will end up with none of the current girls in particular; honestly, for the sake of his own well being, he should just get to know some other random girl , someone who's completely apart from the total clusterfuck that his life has become.

Great..... time for overaged loli arc that will span for another 3-4 years, the last arc before finale if we count Ako-Riko part as first part of the harem time.
The author should just make this as weekly manga if the ammount of pages are less than 20 and the artwork is sketchy.
