I'm glad Kunpei's dad was there to help them and teach them some things about parenting. After all, he's been through all of this when Kunpei and Shouhei were babies, hehe :) It was so cute seeing him be a grandpa

Also when Kunpei's dad mentioned sound and Kunpei thought "Are you telling me to spit out a beat?" xD

Did anyone else notice that the part about the heart beat to calm the babies down does not make sense?
Just to remind anyone claiming that it works:
The babies here are NOT human BUT dragon babies.
They were in the inactive eggs and started to come to life due to coming in contact with the MC's blood which made them hatch then.
So they were never carried in their mother's belly and as such were never soothed by their mother's heart beat either.

They had been in their inactive eggs before being "fertilized" by the MC's blood / life force.
So the part about the heart beat acting like a lullaby does not apply to dragons.

Tbh I love the babies and I knwo some of which they are talking about. Babies do cry for long ass times and the advice they give to the reader is pretty good for a starter.

@Talh Still possible as when he touched the eggs blood is gushing out so his pulse was heard. They get the sense of security as there are reminded of the pulse they heard when they deem it safe to hatch. Also dragon here has mammalian trait judging from the breast milk. There are mammals that lay eggs(Monotremes) . It is also possible she incubate it from time to time and they hear the heart beat from there.

It is also possible its instinct of babies.
