When we report something using the reporting features it would be nice if there was a section under our profiles to track the report we have made and if they have been dealt with and by which mod fixed/ took care of the report. Basically, same format as the inbox but for your reports. You would already have the ID's of who is logged into the website when creating/fixing the reported issue. It "should" be fairly easy to copy that entry over into its own little reports section on your profile for tracking
