Drop this here just in case:
1. Fasting is bullshit, you only damage your body with that.
2. Fasting will make you lose weight in short term, but in long term your will gain even more weight as your body think you don't have enough food and enable "storage mode". Simply put: it's gonna turn as much food into fat as possible to "save it for future".
3. Exercise instead. No matter how many calories you take, you won't get fat if you burn them out with exercises.
4. "1l water limit" is extremely bullshit. Please drink more water.
