I looked up "blast waves" and found this description on wikipedia:

In fluid dynamics, a blast wave is the increased pressure and flow resulting from the deposition of a large amount of energy in a small, very localized volume.

However, for this manga, it should instead read:

In fluid dynamics, a blast wave is the increased pressure and flow resulting from the deposition of a large amount of energy in a large, very vocalized volume.

_{Also, I don't think there's enough insulin to cover up to eight chapters' worth (11~18) for one person, let alone sharing it with someone else, so you're on your own there.}
