Given the very large size of the files, the server may just be choking during delivery. In that case, replacing each single long strip with a divided sequence could be a work-around.

I downloaded the image files. They are so large that very few people will be able to follow the story. They seem to have been engineered as a practical joke, for which Mangadex is presently falling. If these image files aren't sliced into much smaller pieces, then these chapters will do little more than to consume storage space.
